The first year of the century is a good time to look both back and ahead, but your focus should be on the future. This is the year to go for it. If you have been considering a career change, or even starting your own business, do it. If you don't give it a shot, soon you'll regret never having made the effort. Even if you fall flat on your face, it is the right thing to do. Give your emotions a little more free rein. Let your loved ones, family and friends know how you feel about them. You'll be surprised how easy it is. If you've got your financial house in order make a major purchase: a car, or a computer, perhaps. Don't worry so much about what other people think.
